Our client is a highly reputable and well established facility services organisation. They are leaders in their given fields, with the cleaning division leading the way.
Due to ongoing growth, there is an immediate requirement for a Contracts Estimator/Manager to produce tenders and quotations to develop the growth potential of the business nationally.
The main responsibilities will include:
Completing new and existing business tender and quotations in accordance with company standards
Provide and present to the National Business Development Manager prior to closure, to ensure profitability, achievability and sustainability measures are in line with company standards and business plans
Make tender presentations to prospective business and current clients
Attend site inspections to access estimating requirements
In order to be successful, you should have the following skills and experience:
Appropriate education qualifications in a related business/economics/ICT field
Solid background in a similar role involving estimating, contracts management and facility services
Cleaning industry experience
Project management experience
Previous contract management and negotiation experience
Superb communication skills and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of the cleaning service market environment and the related economic, political and external influences on the business
Professional work ethic and hold integrity
