My client is a medium sized national company who excels in domestic freight forwarding. They pride themselves on being one of the true deliverers on service in the logistics industry who focus heavily on customer service and employee satisfaction. They are currently looking for a junior customer service rep to join their team on a temp basis with the view to a possible permanency.
Your role will be to offer top notch customer service to the valued client base. This will involve answering ????? ?????, reporting on delivery schedules and dealing with all customer related enquiries.
You will be experienced in domestic logistics and have the ability to deliver empathy and go the extra mile when it comes to dealing people and have solid IT skills, particularly in Excel.
If you can start an assignment ASAP and have the experience required we would love to hear from you!! Applicants must be able to commit until Xmas.
