Territory Sales Executive (International Express Freight)

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join a world wide industry leader in international freight movements, third party warehousing, airlines and airfreight movement of goods globally.     Reporting into a Sales Manager Melbourne based, you will be part of a team of dedicated sales professionals that will service up to 100 existing accounts in a territory whilst maintaining and developing new opportunities for Express International Courier services. Using your lateral thinking and key relationship building skills, you will be the key point in servicing existing business as well as identifying potential new leads and clients within the territory.

    This is a role for a results driven professional that has the capacity to deliver.
    Candidates that have current industry sales experience but are looking for a business with a career path and leadership opportunities are encouraged to apply.

    You will possess: 

    - Demonstrable account management and/or field/direct sales experience 
    - A solid history of meeting and/or exceeding your budget and targets 
    - A proven track record in converting prospects into accounts 
    - Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
    - An ability to build on your skill set, develop to the next level (commercial acumen)
    - An ability to self manage your time to meet sales and KPI targets 
    - Capacity to provide sales reports and maintain customer files/databases 
    - Exceptional presentation, ability to work with corporate clients 
    - Experience in Express Freight sales would be advantageous
