The WSCM Team
 
Centre Management look after the day to day management of our centres to optimise the operating performance of each centre. The Centre Management team take a close and active role in dealing with all facets of retailing to ensure customers want to come back, retailers are trading successfully and the centre is profitable.
 
The Opportunity
 
We currently have an opening for a suitably qualified Operations Supervisor to undertake the management of our car parking operation at Westfield Doncaster.  The purpose of this role is to drive incremental growth by maximising existing and implementing new revenue streams whilst maintaining the balance between increasing revenue and providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction with a key focus to integrate new technologies across all facets of car park management to provide a seamless and integrated product offering
 
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of 25 Car Park Attendants and a Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the service


• Preparing ????? ????? park budget


• Monitor compliance, identify & implement improvements to Centre Car Park Management Procedures


• Effective management of staff roster, annual leave and prioritising daily activities


• Planning and performing inspections, maintenance and repairs


• Preparation of all relevant management reports


• Tracking expenditure and authorising payment of invoices


• Identification of opportunities and recommendation of operational improvements


• Investigation, analysis and resolution of all car park issues


• Ensure all relevant Westfield Environment Health & Safety procedures are adhered to


• Work collaboratively and build strong relationships with Centre management teams


• Liaise, negotiate and develop relationships with relevant Authorities and suppliers

Professional Skills and Experience
 
To be successful and secure this exceptional career opportunity you will have strong leadership experience along with strong operational working experience. Experience within a Concierge/ Valet or car parking management role would be advantageous. You will need to have excellent communication skills, eye for detail and strong problem solving and decision making skills along with exceptional people skills and a strong customer service focus.You will need strong financial acumen and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems. This role will require some weekend and evening work and the successful applicant will be required to wear a uniform.
