Reporting & Deliverables Analyst

 

Our large CBD based client is seeking a Reporting & Deliverables Analyst to manage and control project deliverables and establish and maintain a reporting framework to ensure all stakeholders have signed off all documentation.
 
Fixed term contract for one year
Melbourne CBD based
$60k package + bonus incentive

Successful candidates will have proven experience in the following:
 

• Development of a deliverables reporting system.


• Develop a program document management plan


• Maintain a complete register of deliverables across the program based on program methodology


• Provide an authoritative repository as evidence for deliverable completion to support contracts discussions of vendor performance and project delivery


• Maintenance of Sharepoint document repository
  


• Provide guidance and methodology for Sharepoint usage, principles, approach and standards.


• Ensure quality and continuity in reporting of deliverables.
  


• Provides independent program status reports based on the deliverables completed, versus functionality planned to be delivered, within each reporting period.
  


• Management of stream status reports: Ensuring ????? ????? stream leads submit accurate and complete status reports fortnightly.
  


• Provide consolidated reports on roadmaps, Program Budget summary (actual & planned) and Program Expenditure summary (actual & planned)
