Senior Systems Engineer / Team Leader

An exciting and varied opportunity exists for a Senior Systems Engineer to join this CBD based company. This is a great opportunity to combine both your technical and leadership skills.
Our client is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join their IT team. This position will see you responsible for:
Supporting both desktops and servers. This will include implementing, configuring, managing and supporting Windows Server 2003/2008, VMWare ESX, Active Directory and Lotus Notes
Knowledge of WAN, TCP/IP networks highly desirable
Managing and mentoring ????? ????? infrastructure support staff. Previous mentoring / team lead experience a bonus (but not essential)
To succeed in this position, you will be a strong team player, flexible and able to meet tight deadlines. You must have strong troubleshooting skills together with the ability to diagnose and resolve system errors quickly. The successful candidate will also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills (including strong documentation skills).
Relevant work experience together with IT tertiary qualifications highly regarded.
