National Safety Advisor

Joining this prominent, national employer in a 12 month contract based position you will work as a member of a dynamic team to provide broad ranging advice to stakeholders at all levels.

Reporting to the National OH&S Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring ????? ????? are equipped with tools and knowledge to successfully achieve strategic safety objectives and manage workplace risks
• Facilitate the implementation of injury prevention initiatives
• Provide technical compliance and regulatory advice
• Provide reports in relation to safety performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop and deliver training programs
• Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this position you will bring:

• Formal qualifications in OH&S with demonstrated safety experience in a large, complex organisation
• Ability to operate in a high-pace, multi-site operation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to consult and engage stakeholders at all levels
