Our client is a growing entity and on the search for a great travel consultant who has a solid understanding of processing international and domestic tickets along with reroutings, reissues and exchanges.

With your high level communication skills you will be able to confidently handle customer queries over the phone while assisting the team in a timely manner ensuring ????? ????? is up to date and processed by the relevant TTL.

Being and efficient worker you will need high attention to detail, experience working with nett and published fares and the ability to work in a busy environment.

Part of the role will also see you working within the customer service team adding variety and excitement to the role. You will also need to be required to work shifts covering ????? ????? a week and hours between 8am through to midnight.

Previous use of Galileo CRS is preferred but cross training can be provided for the right candidate. Travel industry experience is mandatory for this position.
