Our client is one of Victoria's leading occupational rehabilitation providers who are now looking for a dynamic, vibrant and extremely capable person to join the team. Working in this team you will be exposed and challenged with a wide variety of cases.
 
To be successful in this position you will be highly motivated in your approach to returning injured workers back to the workplace in a safe and sustainable manner, using your expertise you will conduct work site and home based assessments, with case management skills utilised daily. Using your skills you will facilitate Training in manual handling and ergonomic techniques. An experienced candidate may have the opportunity to work expand into a management position very rapidly
 
A core requirement of this position is your ability to effectively manage relationships with a range of clients, injured workers, employers, and treating practitioners, to be effective in this management you will require excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
 
The successful applicant will couple an essential tertiary qualification in occupational therapy and come with proven occupational therapy, occupational rehabilitation or injury management experience.
