A fantastic opportunity currently exists for a senior engineer to establish and develop a Fire Engineering ????? ????? Melbourne with the support of the already established interstate branch.
This will require you to promote the firm's capability in the market by building a dedicated team of professionals who align with the company's culture and philosophy whilst developing and sustaining strong, effective relationships with clients.
You will be committed to managing the on-going development of your project team with the full support of your Group Manager and Corporate Manager. Experience in training, recruitment and performance reviews will ensure your effective leadership.
Your performance will be measured on the value of work gained from your client relationships, project team morale and of course the ability to deliver these projects at the desired level of quality, whilst achieving and managing financial and scheduling accountabilities.
