As part of an on-going commitment to develop an increasingly sustainable portfolio, this leading property group has created a new position for an experienced Sustainability professional.

Working across a range of commercial, retail and industrial assets, and reporting to the National Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for: -

• Providing technical, engineering ????? ????? a range of services improvements and major plant and equipment upgrades.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of all assets and quantify the benefit of improvement projects.
• Assisting with the implementation and operational management for the Group's sustainability strategy.
• Tendering ????? ????? processes and selection of appropriate consultants for various projects.
• Reviewing NABERS assessments.
• Providing advice and assistance on projects in accordance with Asset Plans and Capex budgets.
• Financial management, risk and compliance.

The successful applicant will be degree qualified, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years experience in implementing and managing best practice mechanical performance solution across a diverse property portfolio.  A demonstrated understanding of NABERS Energy and Water rating tools (accredited assessor preferred) is also essential and a familiarisation with current ESD issues relating to commercial, industrial and retail properties is highly desired.  A proven track record in delivering ????? ????? to energy and water efficiency improvement is also required, and knowledge of energy management systems including integrated BMS models would be beneficial.
