Sales Consultant

 

Permanent Position

Monday to Friday: 12pm - 8pm

Burwood Location

At Telstra we attract the best people who have the competitive advantage of selling our premium products. You will be responsible for providing our customers with a truly integrated media communications solution across Fixed Lines, Mobiles, Pay TV and Internet
 
Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales, customer service and performance targets using standard company procedures
• Handle outbound and/or inbound customer sales and service contacts, exploring ????? ????? sales opportunities in accordance with standard procedures on every call.
• Identify customer needs through standard questioning techniques, product usage analysis and provide product/service information to enable the customer to make an appropriate decision.
• Maintain accurate call ????? ????? by checking and maintaining customer information in accordance with contracts using standard systems and/or processes.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders.

• The flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 12.00pm to 8.00pm.

 
 
Previous experience in a call ????? ????? would be highly regarded but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
