Building individual quality projects both commercial & residential to high spec designs, this builder has been working closely with Architects for over 15 years.  Projects range from $400K to $4M each and include luxury houses to school developments.

 

Successfully winning a $3M institutional project they have need of a professional Site Manager to join their experienced team and who will take responsibility for full site delivery of the project.  The project has an 18 month programme and workload would be continuous thereafter.

 

This and future projects are highly complex and full of architectural details so it is essential that you can demonstrate a strong history managing architect led projects of a similar size and complexity at site construction level.

 

They are able to offer a supportive company structure, a variety of interesting projects, security of work and an attractive salary with package around $100K.
