This small developer/builder based close to St Kilda has a strong track record of steady, considered growth, building a mixture of high end apartment and townhouse projects in and around Inner Melbourne. Currently turning over around $40M, this company has the ambition, drive and management team to take the business to the next level and become an even bigger success.
As Construction Manager within this business you will oversee a small team of dedicated Site Managers, looking after up to 5 projects at any one time. Projects span from $1M - $10M, and it is preferred that you have progressed your career from a carpentry trade background and have a number of years experience in the overall running of construction sites. A key emphasis for my client is technical ability and you will need to have a proven track record of successfully delivering ????? ????? time and budget and with unrivalled building knowledge. You must also have a strong appreciation of administration and be fully conversant in IT systems.
This business typically undertakes in apartment projects, and therefore to be considered for this role you absolutely must have delivered apartments in previous roles.
