We are pleased to offer on behalf of two councils in the inner Melbourne area the following highly important roles.
1. Executive Assistant
Full time role within a dynamic working environment. Long term opportunity, full time hours, suit an individual with VERY STRONG experience as an executive assistant previously in a multi challenging and role. You could be the Director's reason for success in this role. Over $70K +
2. Operations Support Assistant
Applicants who love working in environments that are growing and changing everyday should definitely apply for this opportunity ASAP! Not only will you be working at a fast pace, you'll also be involving in a project that would be so rewarding, that you'll be always excited to come to work. This ongoing full time temporary role will need you to use your intermediate to advanced office skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MYOB.
