Our client is a leading facility services organisation with corporate offices and branches in each state. Their cleaning sector is really leading the way and due to growth they are requiring a Tender Co-ordinator to service the National branch network.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Writing tenders
  • Producing documents and submissions
  • Tailoring submissions to specific client needs
  • Create and update business database
  • Internal and external client liaison

To Apply we require you to have the following skills and experience:

  • Highly advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Previous experience in a similar role, writing tenders and producing submissions
  • Superb time management and organisational skills
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism with a strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Some knowledge or exposure to the cleaning industry
