About our Client Our client is an established property management company with a million dollar turnover and a nurturing ????? ????? knit team. Located near public transport the heartland of Melbourne shops and cafes this role will offer you flexibility of hours and the opportunity to work within a family friendly culture. Job Description Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for providing financial and management accounting support to the business. Specifically you will manage and drive the budgeting process as well as being responsible for accurately maintenance of all general ledgers that make up the company, including processing of journal entries, monthly reporting; balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow for each subsidiary. The Successful Applicant You will ideally possess 3-5 years experience in a financial/management accounting role for a medium sized business. Experience in the property management or construction industry will be highly regarded along with CPA/CA qualifications. Outstanding communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and manage your time effectively will be the key to your success in this role.
