Job Description
In this role, you will join a vibrant and dynamic team and act as the key finance partner to the Managing Director. Supervising a small team, the purpose of this role is the overall management of the financial accounting function of the business. You will support executive decision making through providing a comprehensive understanding of the underlying drivers of business performance as well as the provision of accurate and timely financial analysis. Specifically, your key responsibilities will cover financial reporting, cashflow forecasting as well as developing and maintaining appropriate financial accounting policies and procedures. You will also be involved with ad hoc analysis as required.
The Successful Applicant
CA/CPA qualified, you will have demonstrated success and progression in your career to date. With a proven track record in team management, you will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who is results focused and takes pride in the delivery of quality and timely information. You will relish the opportunity to improve processes, implement efficiencies and truly make an impact. Strong communication skills and the ability to create and foster effective working relationships throughout the business will be critical to your success in the role. The successful individual will possess a strength of character and the ability to partner with the Managing Director.
