Job Description
Reporting directly into the General Manager of Finance, this is an excellent opportunity to be hands-on whilst managing a team of professionals in the fields of financial / management accounting and financial operations. Specific responsibilities include managing the statutory audit process, presenting financial reports to the General Manager and assisting business units in the achievement of their strategies through analytical support. Additionally, you will be providing analysis of monthly results including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows, ensuring ????? ????? are refined through the implementation of training programs. There is also scope in the role to identify efficiency improvements and oversee project management initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
CA/CPA qualified, you will have business experience (preferably financial services) managing a small to medium finance team. The ideal candidate is able to think strategically and demonstrate a visionary leadership style. These qualities are essential to building a high performing culture, creating an enjoyable work environment and reinforcing the values and reputation of the organisation.
