Collections Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Collections Officer to join a highly proactive team of professionals based in the Brisbanes South-West location.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for business to business collections in a high volume processing department. You will be maintaining strong communication lines between your team members and relevant clients in order to solve any issues regarding their overdue accounts.

Ideally you will have 12 months experience in debt collections or credit control. You will be a hard worker with a strong ability to organise and manage your own ledger of clients. Your well developed communciation and interpersonal skills will help you succed in this role.
