This Leading Maintenance and Asset Management provider is looking for Works Supervisors to coordinate maintenance across a large residential portfolio in Wollongong and Macarthur areas.
The role requires you to provide day to day supervision of subcontractors services delivering maintenance work in housing properties including bathroom, kitchen renovations and other refurbishments

You must possess and demonstrate commercial acumen and ensure that service quality and contract standards are met by subcontractors.

It is your responsibility to ensure work is undertaken in compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

You will provide direction to subcontractors and ensure work is delivered as specified in the work order.
You will also inspect work at completion to sign off.
To be successful in this role you will come from a trades background ideally carpentry, building, plumbing or electrical
You must also hold a Supervisors, Contractors or Builders license
