• Take over a team of 4 on fees up to $380K
  

• Initial client interview to follow up stages
  
• Allow for you to do more than just compliance work
  
• Involvement in asset protection, tax and asset structuring and risk advice to clients
  

• 50/50 mix of compliance and higher end consulting
  
• Transition for you into a Supervisory/Junior Manager role as the portfolio grows over the next 9 months
  
• Handling a new high profile family group that the firm has just taken on
