Summary
One of the largest community housing providers in NSW are currently recruiting an experienced Property Manager / Housing Manager for a temporary contract.
Experience required
- Demonstrated experience of Housing Management, Access & Allocations
- Knowledge of the legal framework for social housing landlords
- Understanding of, and sensitivity to, the needs of social housing tenants and applicants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
- Well developed organisational and analytical abilities
- Capability to work with minimal supervision and to prioritise a demanding workload, and also have the capacity to work as part of a team
- Commitment to the principles of equity of access, cultural diversity, client service and accountability
- Current NSW driving licence & own transport
