Our business support division is looking for an experienced temporary recruitment consultant to join the small friendly team based in Hurstville.  In this role you will be given autonomy to grow your desk while working within a supportive and nurturing  team environment. You will work with existing clients while also expanding your database with new clients using strategic business development.

You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process which includes:

• Management of candidates including screening, interviewing and general inquiries
• Maintain and manage current client base
• While working on expanding and engaging new business with contacts and or clients
• Working with weekly KPI's as an individual as well as part of a team
• Administration requirements include conducting reference/credit checks, database management, and writing of advertisements

We are ideally seeking someone with previous recruitment experience who is self motivated and hungry for success!  This lucrative commercial desk offers loads of potential and a very achievable commission structure.
