Site Managers x 2 - Refurbishment & Fitouts - Progressive Contractor

A specialist in commercial refurbishment and fitouts with significant clients in the banking, hospitality retail, educational and government sectors, my client boasts to be one of the busiest contractors in the Sydney region. With numerous projects on the go they are now in the market for Site Managers with extensive commercial refurbishment experience. To be considered for this role the candidate must have the following; - Trade in carpentry and joinery background
- Extensive projects experience on projects to $1Mil+
- Hands on approach to supervision with great time management
- Sound communication skills
- Ability to complete a project from start to completion
- Have previously managed a construction team consisting of leading hands, supervisors and trades
Our client has put together a competitive and generous salary package of $100K - $110K. Salary that will be open for negotiations with the advantages of an annual review and project bonuses.
