The newly created Superintendent level role will work closely with the site manager. In this position you enjoy being allowed the opportunity to be recognised for your technical prowess, whilst leading and managing engineers within mine planning, coal quality, and project disciplines.

Skills/Experience Required:
- Bachelor Mining (or Civil), post grad qualifications highly regarded
- Minimum 7 years experience in open cut mining, with some experience in coal
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team of technical professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
