Leading call center in the lower North Shore seeking a number of skilled telemarketing reps to come on board as soon as next week... The role: - Hours range from 8am - 8pm Mon-Fri - The occasional Saturday depending on requirements
- Inbound/Outbound Telesales to customers advising them of new automotive products and services
- Achieving KPI's and targets
- Customer service
- Data entry
The skills: - Previous experience in a call centre environment
- Ability to learn new products quickly
- Interest in the Automotive industry
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal
- A good phone voice and pleasant demeanour
- Computer literate - Word & Excel
