- Cold & Warm calling
- Achieving KPI's and targets
- Customer service
- Data entry
The skills: - A happy demeanor!
- Previous experience in telesales/phone customer service essential
- Ability to learn new products quickly
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal
- A good phone voice and pleasant demeanour
- Computer literate - know how to navigate around MS Office
