    The role:

    • Outbound/Inbound Telesales to customers advising them of new products and services
    • Cold & Warm calling
    • Achieving KPI's and targets
    • Customer service
    • Data entry

    The skills:

    • A happy demeanor!
    • Previous experience in telesales/phone customer service essential
    • Ability to learn new products quickly
    • Excellent communication - both written and verbal
    • A good phone voice and pleasant demeanour
    • Computer literate - know how to navigate around MS Office

     

    The Summary:
