The role:
- Outbound/Inbound Telesales to customers advising them of new products and services
- Cold & Warm calling
- Achieving KPI's and targets
- Customer service
- Data entry
The skills:
- Previous experience in sales - face-to-face or telephone.
- Ability to learn new products quickly
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal
- A good phone voice and pleasant demeanour
- Computer literate - Word & Excel
