A position is available for a cadet that is a "go-getter" to progress their career in construction, to join a reputable Balmain based construction contractor.

With numerous Commercial, Retail, Aged Care and Industrial projects on-the-go, my client is in the market for a Building Cadet that is currently doing their Construction Management degree, ideally on their ^{first or second} year with the availability to work 4 1/2 days. This is a unique opportunity to fast track a career to Project Management.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, this role is designed for the successful candidate to get a holistic 360 degree experience in construction from contracts administration, preparing tender packages, on-site experience and construction programming.

The working hours will be negotiated and will coincide with the candidate's timetable. The salary package is also open for negotiations and will be around the $28 - 30K total salary package.
