My client has secured almost 40 projects and have an urgent need for a Senior Architect to help liaise with different client groups to understand and document their brief and provide a return brief for their confirmation.  Relevant experience in 3D graphic skills, with experience in powerpoint presentations.

Requirements:

• Strong Conceptual skills with excellent design capabilities
• Expert AutoCAD & Sketchup knowledge
• Locally Registered Architect 
• Coordination of architectural and engineering ????? ?????
• Strong command of the English language - verbal and written
• Min 6 years local experience
• Good knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
• Team Player

Scope of role:

• Adaptive use of existing buildings
• Managing key stakeholder relationships
• Client Liaison
• Keep programme and drive projects

This role will begin as a 3 month contract with enough work for up to 2 years for the appropriate candidate.
