My client has secured almost 40 projects and has an urgent need for Senior Architect to help liaise with different client groups to understand and document their brief and provide a return brief for their confirmation. Relevant experience in 3D graphic skills, with experience in PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements:

• Strong AutoCAD documentation skills
• Locally Registered Architect
• Coordination of architectural and engineering ????? ?????
• Some Specification writing
• Strong command of the English language - verbal and written
• Min 6 year’s local experience
• Good knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
• Team Player
• Ideally have experience in documenting higher education buildings and joinery details

Scope of role:

• Coordinate services consultants
• Coordinate internal documentation project team
• Client Liaison
• Keep programme and drive projects
• Work in team with Project Manager and consultant team

This role will begin as a 3 month contract with enough work for up to 2 years for the appropriate candidate. This is a golden opportunity to work on the forefront of some of world's cutting edge projects.
