An excellent opportunity to join this expanding New York firm in Hong Kong. Joining the Hong Kong Corporate team you will gain exposure to a wide range of high level and complex M&A and private equity transactions. Excellent training and development will be provided by the firm, so whilst M&A experience would be advantageous it is not necessary for the right candidate.
To join this firm you must be a confident lawyer and a strong team player with an excellent outlook and the desire to learn and progress in your career. You must have a stellar academic background and fluent English language skills. Mandarin language skills will be advantageous.
Hong Kong qualification is mandatory for these roles.
