Due to company growth, they are now seeking a Senior Tech Support Officer to join their team located in Homebush Bay.
Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, your duties will include:
- Providing training and technical support to the service centers
- Evaluating new products for application in the market
- Producing technical bulletins
- Conducting and reporting on quality batch testing
- Maintaining quality records for factory feedback and reporting
- Recommending design changes for market suitability
- Liaising with product managers on new products and conducting initial quality batch sampling
- Conduct investigations into problem equipment
If you have 2-3 years (post apprenticeship) experience as an Air Con and Refrigeration technician and are looking to get away from a "break and fix" role, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will also possess:
- Experience working with both Air Con and Refrigeration is a must
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High level of computer literacy with advanced excel skills
- Experience in training other staff
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
