Our client is continuing to push for top market share within the telecommunications industry, marketing a strong range of mobile handsets.
This role will see a talented channel sales rep to continue to facilitate excellent training, communicate new marketing initiatives and promote mobile phone handsets and accessories.
This role involves, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Implement sales incentives, promotions and marketing campaigns as required
- Proactively develop and implement store/channel incentives
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with retail staff, store managers, store owners, area managers and state managers
- Maximise exposure in store through negotiating and implementing visual merchandising displays
- Communicate marketing activity, carrier and retail offers to retail store staff
- Present training sessions to retail and call ????? ????? using an interactive approach
- Attend and assist with conferences, trade shows and events as required
Big Fish require candidates to have 2-3 years in a retail, merchandising or promotional work position within telecommunications (mobile phone sales), as well as posses at least 1 year experience in an account management role.
We also require candidates to have:
- Strong customer service
- Excellent knowledge of mobile phone products
- Highly automonous/self driven
- Experience and desire to train others
