    Our client is taking their industry by storm with their range of innovative products, boasting amazing fundamentals and design. This dynamic, growing organisation is seeking a Spare Parts Clerk to join their team based in Olympic Park.
     
    Experience in any fast paced industry in a spare parts translator or clerk role, deems you suitable for the role.
     
    In this role your duties will include:
     
    • Answering ????? ????? from customers and providing prompt replies on spare parts issues
    • Performing data entry
    • Investigating spare parts issues with vendors and technical support
    • Maintain spare parts manuals
     
    Our client’s ideal candidate will have:
    • Experience in a spare parts customer service/admin role in a fast paced organisation
    • Inventory experience in store or warehouse environment
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
    To be highly suited to this role, you will also have an electrical trade or a similar qualification.
