Due to company growth, they are now seeking an experienced Claims Administration Assistant
Reporting to the Claims Manager in the Retail Sales Department, your duties will include:
- Reviewing and approving credit claims
- Consolidating evidence for rejected claims
- Negotiating with customers to reverse claims if declined
- Preparing ????? ????? rejection letters
- Answering ????? ????? progress of claims
If you have 2 years relevant experience in an admin or accounts based role, along with the following skills and capabilities, then we want to hear from you:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly motivated
- Intermediate to Advanced in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience using SAP is a benefit
- Experience in sales reports and diploma/degree in relevant field is desirable
