    We are looking for candidates who thrive in a Customer Service role, but have also had some experience performing Accounts Payable functions.
     
    Now a market leader, our client specialises in product development, technology and innovation. This is a dynamic company who is committed to staff development and values their people above all things.
     
    Due to company growth, they are now seeking a temporary Customer Service/Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team located in Homebush Bay.
     
    Working in the Warranty Department, reporting to the Warranty Claims Supervisor, you will be involved in:
    • Liaising with Service Centre agents regarding warranty claims
    • Reviewing and approving warranty claims
    • Processing payment to Service Centre agents
    • Training new call ????? ????? on the warranty process
    • Responding to fax, email and telephone enquiries
    • Preparing ????? ????? of month
    Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience with 6 months Accounts Payable experience. This person will ideally hold tertiary qualifications and possess the following:
    • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • A highly motivated and result orientated attitude
    • Good Microsoft Office skills
