    Specialising in product development, technology and innovation, our client is a dynamic, global organisation dedicated to continuously improving their workplace and making it a great place to work.
     
    The successful candidates duties will include:
    • Liaising with logistics companies, and updating retailers and customers on the progress of deliveries  
    • Maintaining a record of all communications made with internal and external contacts  
    • Providing feedback and escalation of logistics related issues  
    • Data entry - Processing sales and purchase orders into the system
    • Answering ????? ????? stock enquiries from retail customers
    Skills and Attributes:
    • Strong customer service/communication skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle stress and work well in a fast paced environment
    • Self motivated
    • Intermediate to Advanced in Microsoft Office programs
    • Experience using SAP
    • HSC or tertiary qualifications
