The successful candidates duties will include:
- Liaising with logistics companies, and updating retailers and customers on the progress of deliveries
- Maintaining a record of all communications made with internal and external contacts
- Providing feedback and escalation of logistics related issues
- Data entry - Processing sales and purchase orders into the system
- Answering ????? ????? stock enquiries from retail customers
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong customer service/communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle stress and work well in a fast paced environment
- Self motivated
- Intermediate to Advanced in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience using SAP
- HSC or tertiary qualifications
