The role will suit a dynamic and adaptable person who can guide a team Of total loss claims officers in their daily duties by maintaining and improving the standard of client servicing.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

Proven ability to team lead, coach or mentor less experienced staff
You will need to have extensive experience within Insurance claims
Handling complex cases

Developing and training new staff

Ability to interpret policy wording

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
