Chandler Macleod has an immediate start for a Trainee Estimator with a when respected and long established company specializing in the design and construction of roof and floor truss systems.
This position offers ongoing training and support for a person looking for a long-term career in the construction industry. Suitable candidates will have strong computer skills and a good understanding of measurements and quantities and the mathematical skills to interrupt and analysis results. Previous exposure to the building industry and or carpentry would be an advantage.
You will be self motivated with an eye for detail and the ability work with minimal supervision. You must be a team player, able to cover other areas of the business as required. With good communication skills you will represent the company in a professional manner that maintains the company's strong reputation in the local building industry.
Based in the southern Tasmania reliable transport is essential. This position offers a long term career and will provide you with the skills needed to advance in this industry.
