A leading manufacturer with branches in every capital city of Australia and NZ,  specialising plastic products with applications in the engineering, building, fresh food, consumer goods and electronics industries, has a vacancy for a Regional Manager in Launceston Tasmania .

In this pivotal senior role you will be responsible for all management facets of the operation, from meeting all legal, statutory and policy requirements to budgetary control, continuous improvement and marketing. Leading a small, highly motivated team, you will spearhead all business growth while aiming for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate may have tertiary qualifications in Manufacturing related fields, together with substantial practical management experience in manufacturing and/or sales and specific knowledge of foamed plastics would be desirable  but not essential.  You will be able to demonstrate a track record of high initiative, displaying skills in critical decision-making, team building and relationship management, standard setting and conceptual thinking.
