Telephone Betting Operator

    To maximise betting through put and customer satisfaction by efficiently, effectively and accurately providing betting advice and assistance in a professional, friendly and appropriate manner.
     
    Key Responsibilities / Duties:
    Answering ????? ????? clients, accessing their accounts and placing bets on their behalf.
    Explaining to clients what the betting exchange is and how it works and assisting them with any queries.
    Explaining to clients what type of prices and markets the company has to offer.
    Quoting the latest odds to clients.
    Provide a high level of Customer Service.
    And any other duties or tasks, as directed, within your skills and experience.
    The conduct of all activities are to operate in line with the Company Data Integrity Policy, Computer System Policy and General Information Security Policy (Acceptable Use of Internet, Email and IT) to provide, “best value, service and protection,” that ensures the adoption of best practice and protection of the Companies assets by applying effective information security practices during ????? ????? the company.
     
    Key Working Relationships:
    Working closely with other team members.
    Constant contact with clients.
    Liaising regularly with Team Leader.

    Experience & Qualifications
    Required:
    Must have a keen interest in all sports preferably including horseracing.
    Comfortable with using Email and the Internet.
    Due to legal requirement, must be at least 18 years old.
     
    Key Skills and Attributes:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong numeric skills.
    Professional telephone manner.
    Able to deal effectively with difficult clients.
    Team focused.
    Reliable and flexible.
    Enthusiasm to take on new tasks.
     
    Special Conditions:

    Routinely rostered for evening and weekend work.
    Willing to work additional hours where necessary.
