Want to work for one of Melbournes best commercial builders? My client has been in operation for more than 15 years and has picked up a handful of awards along the way. They currently have an opportunity for a driven individual to join their construction team to help oversee projects up to $70 million in value. Suitable candidates will more than likely be ear marked for upcoming school projects.
Ideally you will:
You have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Foreman/Site Manager having worked on commercial build projects up to $5 million in value.
Have managed school projects end to end
Have excellent client liaison skills.
Flexible to travel throughout metro & regional Victoria
You come from a strong trades background (Carpentry qualified), a tertiary qualification in construction is desirable but not a must.
Be well versed in OH&S and have strong involvement in overseeing this.
Have demonstrated strong loyalty in the past to previous employers
You have a proven work history demonstrating success in the management of others.
Are computer literate across standard applications & procedurally driven.
