Council’s Corporate Services Division provides a range of services to both internal and external clients.
The Administrative Assistant as part of Council’s Corporate Services Division will report to the Executive Officer - City Services and be responsible for providing quality customer contact, administrative and clerical services.
The successful candidate will ideally have;
- relevant practical experience within an office environment and/or coupled with Certificate level qualifications in Business / Administration
- well developed organisation and written communication skills
- excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, including a professional phone manner
