Ideally, you will have a background working within HR in a retail environment but this is not essential. In addition to this, you will possess the following attributes:

To be successful in this role a high level of energy and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to follow through is essential.
While payroll is a core duty you will also be involved in the day to day recruitment and general HR duties.
