  • Our client, Tasmanias premier seafood business, is seeking an experienced administration assistant with accounts receivable experience to join their busy, energetic administration team. Reporting to the office Manager  

    You will be responsible for:

             Counting cash and compiling bank deposits

             Bank reconciliations

             Cash summaries

             Debt collection

             Statements & Invoicing

             Relief reception and general administration duties when required.

    Background requirements:

             Minimum 3 years administration experience

             Accounts experience

             Advanced computer skills including Excel

             Cash handling

             Strong mathematic skills

             High attention to detail
