Chef Manager

- 5 days off per fortnight
Vision Food Solutions is a medium sized privately owned company specializing in the aged care industry.
We are seeking the services of an experienced and qualified Chef Manager to take over the catering operation of a 120 bed aged care facility located in Hallam.
This is a hand on role.
Duties include:
- Responsible for cooking of all main meals
- Staff supervision - approx 10-15 staff
- Staff rosters
- Stock ordering
- Stock control
- Budget control
- Liaising with Management, Residents and Client
- Dietary updating
- Computer knowledge - excel & outlook
All shifts are 7:30am to 6:00pm = 10 hrs
Includes an extra day off per fortnight (5 days)
Must work alternate weekends
