Position VacantThe MacCallum Inglis residential real estate department requires the appointment of a dedicated property manager and sales consultant to help us grow our existing portfolio of clients in the growing Upper Hunter property market.This role would ideally suit someone who is, or has worked in real estate either as a salesperson or as a property manager. Duties will involve all aspects of property management, prospecting for new business, direct selling, closing sales, setting up fi les, managing a database of potential future clients and developing new tenancies for our clients properties.The successful candidate will: have a passion for sales and property management be prepared to work for and achieve company targetsIt will be advantageous to hold a current certifi cate of registration or real estate licence.Presenting an excellent career opportunity in a company motivated by results.
